Our Services

Specialized Staffing for Outpatient Practices

We recruit and place clinicians nationwide across three core specialties, prioritized around where demand and turnover are highest: behavioral health and mental health, with family medicine coverage as well.

Highest Demand

Behavioral Health & Psychiatry

  • Psychiatrists (MD/DO)
  • Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP)
  • Psychiatric Registered Nurses

Some of the most acute shortages in outpatient care today — strong fees, high demand, direct hire or locum.

Highest Volume

Mental Health Therapy

  • Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
  • Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC)
  • Psychologists (PhD/PsyD)
  • Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFT)

Our fastest-fill specialty — consistent turnover in outpatient practices means consistent openings.

Family Medicine

  • Physicians (MD/DO)
  • Nurse Practitioners (FNP)
  • Physician Assistants (PA-C)

For primary care clinics, FQHCs, and multi-specialty outpatient groups.

Engagement Models to Fit Your Practice

Whichever way you need to staff, we structure the engagement around it.

Per Diem

Day-by-day coverage for fluctuating patient volume or unplanned absences.

Contract-to-Hire

Start on a contract basis and transition to a permanent role once fit is confirmed.

FAQ

Common Questions

How fast can you fill an outpatient behavioral health role?

Mental health therapist roles (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, psychologist) typically fill in 2–4 weeks given the larger candidate pool. PMHNP roles typically take 4–8 weeks. Psychiatrist and family medicine physician searches usually take 8–17 weeks due to a smaller, more competitive candidate pool.

What's the difference between direct hire, contract, and per diem staffing?

Direct hire places a clinician permanently on your payroll for a one-time placement fee. Contract (locum) engagements are for a defined term, billed on an hourly or daily basis. Per diem covers day-by-day needs without a long-term commitment. Contract-to-hire lets you trial a clinician before converting them to a permanent hire.

Do you only place outpatient roles?

Yes. We focus exclusively on outpatient settings — primary care clinics, FQHCs, outpatient behavioral health clinics, and mental health group practices — so every candidate already understands outpatient workflows and pacing.

Do you place candidates nationwide?

Yes — we recruit across the United States, with particular focus on rural and underserved markets where behavioral health and mental health shortages are most acute.
